Our starting point is research, not a promise that every find is a must-buy. Hands-on testing is identified explicitly; illustrations explain ideas and are not proof of product performance.

AI helps us organize research and produce content. We check product claims against sources and keep editorial responsibility with Everyday Unearthed.

Information and purposes

When you visit, our hosting and security services may process your IP address, requested pages, browser information and timestamps to deliver the website, maintain reliability and investigate abuse. When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use this to answer your inquiry, review corrections and maintain relevant business records. Please do not send sensitive information unnecessarily.

Cookies and services

The site uses WordPress, Hostinger hosting and LiteSpeed caching. Necessary cookies may support technical functions and administrator sign-in. This version has no newsletter signup, customer accounts, checkout, embedded social feeds or advertising pixels added by Everyday Unearthed. Browser settings let you manage cookies; blocking necessary cookies can affect site functions.

Hostinger provides hosting and our business mailbox. These services may process information outside Canada, where local laws can apply. See Hostinger’s privacy information. We limit access to the people and providers needed to operate the site, answer messages and meet applicable obligations.

External links and affiliate relationships

Retailer and social links take you to separate services with their own privacy policies. Affiliate enrollment is not yet complete and current guide links are ordinary links. If affiliate links are introduced, we will disclose them and update this notice to explain relevant attribution tools.

Retention and your requests

We keep inquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle the inquiry, related follow-up and legitimate recordkeeping or legal obligations. Hosting logs and backups follow the provider’s retention processes; they may remain after an item is removed from our active records. Contact us to ask what information we hold about you, request access or correction, or ask for deletion or withdrawal of consent where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and explain any limits on a request.

Changes

We will update this notice if our practices change. New marketing forms, analytics or tracking tools will be reviewed before activation, with choices provided where required.
